What is Transvaginal Mesh?
Transvaginal mesh is a medical device used to treat urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in women. Some of these implants are made of polypropylene, the same material used to make fishing line.
Thousands of women have filed lawsuits against the manufacturers of these products. These women suffer from a variety of devastating problems including erosion of the mesh through the vagina requiring additional surgery.

PLEASE NOTE: For a variety of reasons, many of the transvaginal mesh cases that have not been filed in court may face statute of limitations issues. In other words, the law imposes deadlines that must be met to avoid losing the right to proceed in court. If you think you might have a transvaginal mesh case and you don’t have a lawyer, you should contact a lawyer immediately to avoid losing the right to pursue your case.
